    She will promptly register your marriage and provide you with the details and helpful information on how to change your name after marriage if you wish to do so.

  • Karen will guide you through the entire process, making it a simple and relaxed experience. She will ensure all of your legal paperwork is professionally completed and lodged with Births Deaths & Marriages promptly. Your ceremony script will be emailed to you for approval and she will make sure your wedding ceremony is how we plan it to be, no surprises, just a beautiful way to marry your forever love.

  • Yes, of course. You will be required to say the legal vows which Karen will discuss with you, and then you can add any personal vows so you truly capture the essence of your love for each other.

  • Depending on which package you choose, your ceremony will be written to reflect the style YOU have chosen for your marriage.

    If you wish to have a full ceremony with rituals etc, Karen will guide you through so many wonderful options to consider, and ensure your ceremony encapsulates everything you want for a perfect wedding ceremony experience.

  • Yes, you are required to give 1 months notice by completing and signing the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) document and it is lodged with our Celebrant.

    Once lodged with our Celebrant, that NOIM is valid for 18 months, so if you need to adjust the date of your ceremony, it is covered within that timeframe.

  • Depending on certain criteria, you may be able to apply for “shortening of time”

    Karen will be able to guide you with the details, and assist with this process if your situation meets the designated criteria.

    There are additional costs for this process, but we will happily work through everything with you so you have the facts and can proceed with the application if circumstances are relevant.

  • Yes, however Karen will step in and complete the legal requirements and your friend can complete the ceremony outside of these legal requirements.

    Karen will assist you with a script that works for your friend to deliver that aspect of the ceremony with confidence.

  • For an elopement or micro wedding, it is generally not required, however if you would like a rehearsal, we can certainly schedule this for you at an additional agreed price to cover time and travel.

  • We will certainly work with you to create your dream wedding day, so chat with us about your thoughts. We love love, so lets chat, and design your best wedding day experience and discuss any additional costs that may involve.

  • You receive an official “Form 15” Marriage Certificates on the day, which is signed by yourselves, your Celebrant and your 2 witnesses.

    Karen will then complete the required steps and lodge the marriage documents with Births Deaths and Marriages and provide you with the Registration number

    On your behalf, Karen can apply for your official marriage certificate at a small extra cost.

    You can always order this certificate at any time after the marriage, however if your Celebrant orders it as part of the registration process, it usually arrives in 5 business days, and saves you the hassle of applying and uploading your ID etc.

  • Chat with Karen. She will assist you so the required 2 witnesses are there on the day, and your marriage is legal. There is a small additional cost to cover witnesses attending your ceremony and doing this for you.

  • Karen has all the resources and information to take the stress out of this process, and she will work closely with you so your ceremony is exactly how you want it to be.

  • Yes, Karen will provide you with your actual personalised vow cards plus a lovely personalised copy of your ceremony.

    You have a choice of decorations on these keepsake which Karen will discuss with you.

  • Karen will schedule zoom meeting and everything can be discussed and managed via zoom meetings, including witnessing your signatures on the Notice of Intended Marriage and discussing your ceremony requirements.

  • We will assist you with the appropriate eco-friendly options for great photos and memories on the big day.

  • 50% lodgement fee upon booking which covers completion of the Notice of Intended Marriage and lodgement into the BDM System, your date and time is secured in our booking system, and work commences to create your choice of ceremony, and additional support for other inclusions you would like on the day. Our photographer Jeff will contact you to discuss your photos and we will work closely with you to create your dream wedding day.

    The 50% balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
